RADICAL SIMPLICITY

Matjaž Krivic is a photographer, traveller, and winner of various international recognitions and prestigious awards. Even though he records scenes from the natural environment and people’s everyday life, whether it be in the Sahara Desert, Kenya, Tiber, Nepal, India, Morocco, Bolivia, or elsewhere, these are usually captured and photographed in their specific elementary circumstances, in which lighting and colour play a vital role in refining the motif and the picturesque compositional bracketing. The photos are produced in a double Leica format, which allows the artist to bring the captured panoramas even closer to the viewer.
