Kristina Rutar (born in 1989 in Tolmin) received her bachelor’s degree in art education (with an emphasis on ceramics) at the Ljubljana Faculty of Education in 2013. She earned her master’s degree in interdisciplinary printmaking at the Academy of Fine Arts in Wroclaw, Poland in 2015. She lives and works in Ljubljana, where she is currently employed as an assistant professor for ceramics at the Academy of Fine Arts and Design’s Department of Applied Arts.
